Members of the CFCA in Ontario have collective agreements with either the Labourers International Union of North America (LIUNA) or the Operative Plasterers Cement Masons Union (OPCM 598). Our unionized journeymen, and their apprentices, provide the highest quality workmanship in the concrete floor finishing industry today. Our members strongly support the rights of workers to fair wages, health care benefits, and a pension plan. Together we make great things happen for our clients.

    New Collective Agreements (2007-2010):

    Both the LIUNA and OPCM598 collective agreements have been ratified by the employer and employee bargaining agencies for the 2007-2010 period.
