Upon the untimely passing of Geoff Kinney Sr. of Duron Ontario Ltd. in 1985, the CFCA established The Geoff Kinney Sr. Industry Award in recognition of his many contributions to the concrete finishing industry in Ontario. Mr. Kinney was a true industry leader, also giving much volunteer time to local, provincial and national construction associations as well.
This award is presented annually by the CFCA to individuals who exemplify this outstanding service and selfless dedication to the concrete finishing industry.
